Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment.
Pre-order & Back-order Policy
For pre-order or back-order purchases, all items in the cart will ship when the pre-order or back-order item is available. This means that items in stock that you purchase in the same order as a pre-order or back-order item will be shipped once all items are available. If you want a non pre-order item to be shipped right away, please purchase them separately from the pre-order or back-ordered item.

Pre-order and back-order purchases will be charged to your Credit Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the payment processing fee.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please send an email to collectimocards@gmail.com
