Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but incur a 3% cancellation fee. The fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers payment processing fees.
For pre-order or back-order purchases, all items in the cart will ship when the pre-order or back-order item is available. This means that items in stock that you purchase in the same order as a pre-order or back-order item will be shipped once all items are available. If you want a non pre-order item to be shipped right away, please purchase them separately from the pre-order or back-ordered item.
